These terms cover your use of coatingsfl.com. They do not govern any work we carry out for you — that is covered by the written scope and contract for your specific project, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

Information on this site

We have tried to describe commercial roof coating, restoration and replacement work accurately and without overstatement. Nothing here is a diagnosis of your building. Roof conditions vary enormously, and any statement about what a particular roof needs can only be made after someone has inspected it.

Quotes, estimates and evaluations

Nothing on this site is an offer or a quotation. Roof evaluations are free and carry no obligation. Any price we give you follows a written scope for your specific building, and is valid for the period stated in that document.

Roof replacement work

Where a project involves roof replacement, Florida Coating Solutions provides the evaluation, the specification and project management. The replacement work itself is carried out by licensed roofing contractors. This is stated on the relevant service pages and is reflected in the project documentation.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on coating systems are issued by the manufacturer, on their terms, and generally depend on the system being installed to specification and maintained thereafter. Any workmanship warranty we provide is set out in your project documentation. Nothing on this website creates a warranty.
