If you submit the contact form, that is your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, the building address or city, the roof type and whatever you write in the message field. If you call or email us, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation.

We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics, which includes pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregate traffic data and is not used to identify you personally.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, arrange a roof evaluation, prepare a quote, and carry out work you ask us to do. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked for them.

Who we share it with

Inquiry details are handled in our customer management system and by email, and are accessible to the people at Florida Coating Solutions who need them to respond to you. Where a project involves a licensed roofing contractor or a materials supplier, we share only what is necessary for the work — typically the site address and the scope.
